We were the co-ordinators of the MarketWatch programme, which was co-financed by the European Commission, and aimed to increase the level of compliance of energy-using products across the EU through the surveillance and testing of products. The programme aimed to help consumers reduce their energy bills and provided useful information about the energy efficiency performance of certain appliances.
