14. Tau Huay (Dou Hua 豆花)

Tau Huay is a Chinese dessert made with beancurd tofu that is sweetened with sugar syrup. The traditional type is very soft, slightly grainy and soaks in syrup to be eaten together. This Tau Huay can be eaten hot or col sometimes with Tang Yuan, grass jelly or Soya bean milk added as well.
